Rutland Hardy Plant Society Lecture

Event Summary

The next event following the Group’s Autumn Dinner at The Old White Hart at Lyddington, will be the November lecture on Tuesday, November 14th. As usual this will begin at 730pm at the Uppingham Methodist Chapel in Orange Street, LE15 9SQ.
Julian Sutton, a very highly-rated horticulturalist, will be the speaker and the evening promises to be a stimulating one. He and Sarah run the ‘Desirable Plants’ Nursery in Devon specialising in herbaceous plants and propagating a large proportion of their plants on site. His topic for the evening will be ‘Adventures with Fancy Foliage’. Light refreshments are included in the admission price of £3.00 for members and £5.00 for very welcome visitors.
