Kids kickboxing sessions continue throughout the school holidays. All equipment provided, suitable from 4-years upwards
Monday’s 6pm to 7pm £5
Saturday’s 11.45 to 12:30 £4
At Catmose Sports Centre in Aux Hall (same building as swimming)

Children's Tuesdays at Rutland Farm Park every Tuesday of the summer holidays, including Story Time with Julie at 11am, Pet and Groom a Pony with Becky 11-1 pm. Pet a guinea pig with Becky 1.30 pm - 3pm, Art and Craft in the Play barn with Anna from 12 - 3.30 pm  and Fun Tombola 12 - 3pm

Price: Under 3: FREE, Child: £5.00 and FREE car parking

Every Thursday at 2pm throughout the summer holidays – free film for children at Uppingham Methodist Church

Skaters Club Rutland runs every Friday including through the Summer Holidays at Catmose Sports Centre 6.45pm to 8.15pm - Entry £5

The Stamford bunny trail is running throughout August and is free. Bunnies will be displayed in shop windows

Rutland Falconry and Owl Centre are open every Tuesday - Sunday 10am - 5pm (last admission 4pm) Under 16s £4 under 5s FREE

Tuesday 14th - Story and Rhyme Time at Stamford Library 10.30am until 11am

Wednesday 15th - Story and Rhyme Time at Stamford Library 2pm until 2.30pm

Wednesday 15th - In an English Country Garden at Rutland County Museum, Oakham. Blooming lovely creations from birds, butterflies and insects to flowers and vegetables. 10am until midday and 1.30pm to 3.30pm. £2 per child. Suitable for children 4-10 years. No need to book

Thursday 16th - Story and Rhyme Time at Stamford Library 3pm until 3.30pm

Thursday 16th -(Every Thursday) Baby Play Sessions at Visions Children's Centre in Oakham for parents and babies up to the age of 2. Crawling babies 1pm-2pm Walking babies up to 2yrs 2:15pm - 3:15pm. All parents and carers are welcome, please book a place by ringing 01572 758383

Wednesday 22nd - Story and Rhyme Time at Stamford Library 2pm until 2.30pm

Wednesday 22nd - African Art and Animals at Rutland County Museum, Oakham. Discover African art by making masks, jewellery and rainsticks and go on safari with our African animal crafts. £2 per child. Suitable for children 4-10 years. No need to book

Thursday 23rd - Story and Rhyme Time at Stamford Library 3pm until 3.30pm

Thursday 23rd August 11am to 11.30am. Free Toddle Talk Baby Signing taster session at Oakham Soft Play, Rutland Village. Nursery rhymes, familiar songs, puppets and sensory toys to introduce British Sign Language key signs which can help communication and increase bonding with your baby or toddler

Saturday 25th - Family Fun Drop In Day at Rutland Water Nature Reserve between 10am and 3pm. No need to book, just pop in for craft sessions, bug hunting and pond dipping sessions start at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm & 2pm. £3 per participant

Sunday 26th Rocks By Rail, The Living Ironstone Museum, Cottesmore - Museum open day where you can take a trip on The Rutlander train. Operating Days: Child ticket £5 Non Operating Days: Child ticket £3
