Medium Flour

Caster Sugar

Lemon Juice

Eggs

Salt

Vegetable Oil

Water

Baking Powder

Milk Powder

 

 

1.Mix the sugar and egg, salt oil and water together

2. Sift in the dry ingredients in small amounts to get an even rise

 

3. Peel and dice the apples and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Add a drop of lemon juice.

 

4. Put the apples into the mixture.

 

5. Bake for 25 mins on 200 degrees celcius.
