Flapjack

Jane Hollingsworth from Pheasants Roost  Recipe

 

Ingredients

8oz butter

8oz muscovado sugar (Jane's secret ingredient!)

6oz oats

Method

  • Very simple, just melt the butter and sugar together - don't boil!
  • Mix in the oats
  • Pop in the oven on Gas Mark 4 for 20 minutes
  • When done mark into squares whilst still warm
  • There you go, there's your flapjacks!
