Pumpkin and Banana Slice

Ingredients

 

  • 100g margarine
  • 100g soft bron sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g plain wholemeal flour
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 100g chopped pumpkin flesh  softened with a little butter and add 2 teaspoons of sugar

 

Method

 

  • Pre heat the oven to 190 degrees C
  • Line an 8 inch cake tin with grease proof paper
  • Cream together the margarine and sugar
  • Gradually add eggs, beating well
  • Sieve together the flour and baking powder
  • Fold into the creamed mixture and add fruit
  • Bake for approximately 20-15 minutes
