Quaking Pudding

 

200g Dark chocolate

50g Plain flour

1 tsp Baking powder

125g Butter

175g Soft brown sugar

1tsp Coffee powder

2 Eggs, beaten

50g walnuts

Vanilla essence

 

1. Prepare the cream by warming the milk and sugar.

 

2. Melt the white chocolate and beat the eggs.

 

3. Whisk the beaten eggs and melted chocolate into the cream.

 

4. Strain and pour the mixture into moulds and allow it to set.

 

(Tip: Quaking Pudding is traditionally flavoured with rose water, maybe try infusing the milk with rose water or petals?)
