Queen Of Puddings

Ingredients

  • Egg custard
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Lemon juice
  • Jam
  • Egg whites
  • Sugar

 

Method

  • Set the egg custard and breadcrumbs like a creme brulee.
  • Spread with jam, Brian Baker from the Marquess of Exeter recommends rhubarb jam
  • Whisk up your egg whites and add in sugar to make meringue to go ontop
  • Bake for 15 minutes
