BBQ Pork Marinade

A Jane Hollingsworth recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • An inch of fresh root ginger
  • 2 tsp curry spice
  • 2 tsp 5 spice powder
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry or white wine
  • 2 tbso clear honey

 

Method

Whizz up in a processor then spread onto pork or chicken and leave to leave over night.

Throw on the BBQ and enjoy!
