Fish Pie

A Jane Hollingsworth recipe

 

Ingredients

 

fish 

  • 1kg potatoes
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 150g cheddar cheese
  • red Onion
  • 1/2 a fresh chilli 
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 sprigs parsley
  • A handful of fish you like
  • baby spinach
  • ripe tomatoes
  • olive oil

 

Method 

 

  • Boil and mash potatoes with olive oil
  • Grate carrot, celery, cheese and onion and put layer in a pie dish
  • Put the fish on top
  • Add in chillies, tomatoes
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Layer potatoes on top
  • Put in the oven for 45 min on gas mark 6 until the top is crisp
