Fish Supper

Ingredients

  • 6 oz salmon
  • 6 oz smoked haddock
  • 6 oz white fish
  • 4oz red leicester cheese
  • small tub of yogurt
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 eggs

 

Method

  • Poach fish in milk and then flake
  • Soften the onion and pepper in a pan
  • Hard boil your eggs
  • Mix your fish, chopped egg, onion and peppers together
  • Add in the cheese, pop into ramekins and throw in the oven on gas mark 4, 180 degrees c until brown and bubbly.
