Healthy Stir Fry

A healthy recipe from Rosemary Conley without oil.

Ingredients

  • Chicken/meat of your choice
  • Peppers
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Soy Sauce
  • Chilli Sauce
  • Rice

 

Method

  • Heat up a good non-stick frying pan and add the meat.
  • When cooked add in the peppers, onion and ginger
  • To make the sauce mix chilli sauce, soy sauce and together and pour over ingredients in the frying pan.
  • Serve with rice
