Honey and Soy Roasted Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

  • salmon
  • 3 tsp shoney
  • 3 tsp light soy
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

 

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together, sprinkle over the salmon and wrap in cling film
  • Marinate for an hour so it takes on the flavour
  • Heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry the fish, remembering to turn over the fillets
  • Place in a pre heated over for 6 minutes, then serve!

 

Serve with or buttered new potatoes and spinach or salad
