Sugar

English Mustard Powder

Fresh Dill

A simple way to give your trout a bit extra flavour.

 

1. Marinate with salt and sugar for 2-3 hours.

 

2. Wash off the salt and sugar and dust with English mustard powder.

 

3. Chop up the fresh dill.

 

4. Slice the trout thinly sprinkling with dill.

 

Serve with horseradish cream and marinated cucumber.
