President Kennedy's Seafood Casserole

A Jane Hollingsworth recipe

 

Ingredients

  • You'll need 1/2 pound of shellfish per person
  • 2 lbs of scollops, 2 lbs scampi, 2 lbs prawns, crayfish etc
  • Medium onion
  • Celery
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • Tsp salt
  • Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3 large spoonfuls of mayonnaise
  • Crisps
  • Paprika

 

Method

  • Chop the celery, peppers, garlic and onion
  • Mix all together and place in a flat dish
  • Cover in crushed crisps and paprika and bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour on gas mark 4, 350.
