Tomato and Apple Chutney

150g Apple

150g Tomato

150g Onion

1/2 Pepper

1 Clove of Garlic

25g Sultanas

100ml Vinegar

10g Fresh Ginger/ 1/2 Teaspoon of Dry Ginger

120g Brown Sugar

Chilli (deseeded if you want to avoid spice)

 

1. Peel and dice the tomatoes, apples and onion.

2. Put all ingredients in a pan until it reaches a jam consistency.
