Blondie - Fun

Debbie Harry and Chris Stein were the founding members of Blondie in the mid 1970’s. In 2006 the band were inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. In 1978 Blondie scored their first hit with ‘Denis’ from the album ‘Plastic Letters’, while their first Number 1 single was ‘Heart Of Glass’ two years later. In total they’ve scored 6 chart toppers, the latest being ‘Maria’ which reached Number 1 exactly 20 years after ‘Heart Of Glass’. ‘Fun’ is part of their 11th studio album ‘Pollinator’ which includes songs written by Charli XCX and Sia as well as a collaboration with Joan Jett. ‘Pollinator’ is due for release on 5th May. Blondie will play at Hyde Park in London during the summer as support to Phil Collins.
