The emergency services were called to the line between Stamford and Tinwell but the man died at the scene near to Stamford.
A man's died after being hit by a train near to Stamford.
It happened at around 11.30 this morning and involved a freight train.
The emergency services were called to the line between Stamford and Tinwell but the man died at the scene, the incident's not being treated as susoicious.
