People in Rutland face having to pay more for their police service from next April.

Police and Crime Commissioner Lord Willy Bach says the last 8 years has seen budget cuts of almost a third and he's left with little option but to raise the amount of council tax paid to the force.

However he's not yet decided how much any increase would be with the force yet to find out how much its Government funding is.

A consultation's started on possible increases has started.
