By-election taking place on county council
A by-election's taking place in Uppingham today.
It follows the death
of Colin Forsyth last October.
Labour's Julie Park, the Conservative's
Carolyn Cartwright and Liberal Democrat Peter Golden are hoping to win the seat
on Rutland County Council.
The polling stations have opened at Uppingham
Town Hall this morning.
