Public meeting after concerns of 'traffic chaos' at Rutland Heights

A public meeting's being held tonight for residents of Rutland Heights in Stamford - who fear plans for over a thousand new homes could cause traffic chaos.

Residents are worried that a brand new estate to the north of the town could be connected via Sidney Farm Lane - a road with a 30 mile per hours speed limit.

Local MP Nick Boles will be at the meeting at Malcolm Sargent Primary to talk about the issue.
