Rutland councillor to be sentenced for offensive social media posts

He's appearing at Birmingham Magistrates Court

Rutland Councillors' being sentenced today for offensive and menacing posts made on social media.

Richard Alderman, from Londsdale Way in Oakham pleaded guilty to four counts of sending indecent and obscene messages - he'd posted in June and July.

The 72 year old will find out his fate later, at Birmingham Magistrates Court.
