Stamford volunteers to help catch people speeding

They'll help police and be trained to use speed guns.

Volunteers in Stamford are going to be given the chance to be trained up to use speed guns so they can  clock drivers who are going too fast.

The Community Speed watch project will start in the New Year in Lincolnshire - they won't have any power but will hand information to the police who can send out warning letters.
