Police are re-opening their investigation in to the murder of a man in Uppingham almost 12 years ago...

Police are re-opening their investigation in to the murder of a man in Uppingham almost 12 years ago.

Clifford Clarke was found stabbed to death in his flat on High Street East in September 2000, but the killer was never found.

The case is now being reviewed after new forensic techniques have offered more clues.
