Jane's Cake!
A Jane Hollingsworth recipe
Ingredients
- 225 g flour
- tsp bicarbonate soda
- 150 g caster sugar
- 2 eggs (Jane says don't bother beating)
- 150 ml full fat rapeseed oil (secret ingredient)
- 150ml full fat milk
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
Method
- Simply put in jug and whisk, it'll come out like a batter but that's fine.
- Pop into little cake cases, but not too much as it does rise quite high or a cake sandwich tin with your own choice of fillings
- Bake!
