Pumpkin and Golden Syrup Tart

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin
  • 150g breadcrumbs
  • 400g golden syrup
  • Zest of 2 lemons and juice
  • Toasted pumpkin seeds
  • Pastry 

 

Method

  • Line a flan ring with sweet pastry
  • Mix breadcrumbs with golden syrup which has been slightly warmed
  • Add in zest of lemon and juice and the pumpkin seeds
  • Pour into the pastry case and bake for 30 minutes
