Ingredients 

  • 150g self raising flour
  • 450g soft flour
  • 375g butter
  • 110g egg
  • 150g sugar

 

Method

  • Rub the fat into the flour and make bay in middle
  • Add in the egg and sugar and mix
  • Gradually mix in the rest of the flour until it's a smooth paste

 

Did you know pastry mix can be frozen? Use some now and save the rest until your next baking session!
