Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Thyme

Method

  • Steam potatoes for 5 minutes
  • Drain and allow to cool enough to handle
  • Cut potatoes in half length ways and then each half into 3-5 wedges
  • Toss together in a bowl with oil, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme
  • Place on a baking tray and cook until golden brown and cooked through
