- Chicken/meat of your choice
- Soy Sauce
- Chilli Sauce
- Heat up a good non-stick frying pan and add the meat.
- When cooked add in the peppers, onion and ginger
- To make the sauce mix chilli sauce, soy sauce and together and pour over ingredients in the frying pan.
- Serve with rice
