500g lean ground pork
2 tbls fresh chopped parlsey
21/2 tea spoon mild curry powder
½ tea salt
½ tea spoon ground black pepper
1. Mix all ingredients apart from black pudding into a large bowl.
2. Split into 4 balls and place 25g of black pudding in the centre of each ball.
3. Shape the pork meat around black pudding then form into equal patties.
4. Grill on baking sheet of a BBQ for 5 mins either side until golden brown cooked right through middle.
(You can start to cook the patties on the hob first to make sure they don't break)
