Yorkshire Puddings

A Phil Matthews recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 250g milk
  • pinch of salt
  • black pepper

 

Method

  • Whisk all the ingredients together
  • Leave to rest for a while
  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius
  • Heat the tray/tin/moulds with a little oil, pour in the batter and cook for 15 minutes
  • Make sure the whole of the side is golden brown before bringing out the oven
