Lincolnshire Police say they're prepared to fully use new powers to deal with those ignoring the corona virus advice to stay indoors and stop social gatherings.

Chief Constable Bill Skelly says his officers have been briefed to get people to understand the importance of the guidelines first

He says the new powers will used as a last resort.
