Rutland GPs say support is available to anyone experiencing mental health difficulties

The lockdown has led to low moods in some people

Mental health has always been an important issue in Stamford and Rutland, but now we are constantly stuck in our own homes it's an even bigger concern.

Living in a rural area can make people feel more isolated during the lockdown, but it can also be a huge benefit by enjoying the outdoors and exercising.

Dr Hilary Fox, a Rutland GP says there's many ways to get help if you are struggling including the new 'Lets Talk' service.
