Rutland group helping young people cope with the mental health impact of lockdown

New measures have been put in place since lockdown began

A scheme in Rutland is supporting young people in the county who are experiencing mental health difficulties through the lockdown.

"Resilient Rutland" is a lottery funded project that usually spreads the message through schools, but during the coronavirus crisis they've come up with some great ways to help everyone think more about their mental health and have put together an online activity pack
