Last year we were out-and-about more than ever with our pop-up radio show. This year we hope to be around even more!
You will find us at all the big local events and of course, plenty of the smaller ones.
We will be looking to come along to places we haven’t visited for a little while…..and you could always invite us to somewhere near where you live.
Rob Persani is keen to take the breakfast show on the road, so watch this space!
Our first outing will be later in the month at Oakham Market.
Rutland Radio gives you the most local chances to win!
Keep an eye on the “Win” page at rutlandradio.co.uk for some more great prizes this year.
And throughout 2015 there will be plenty of chances to win on-air, beginning in a few weeks with a competition for Saint Valentine’s Day.
If you don’t already follow us, why not start doing so this year? You can follow and like us on Facebook and on Twitter @rutland_radio
If you haven’t done so already, why not download our free radio app for your iPhone, android or tablet?
There is lots of great stuff you will usually find on our website including news, travel, weather, events, podcasts, photos, blogs, and of course, you can listen to Rutland Radio on the move.
Rob Persani isn't making any, John Tolson is determined to get up when the alarm goes off and not hit "snooze". Rob Wagstaff wants to always make sure he has change for the car park and to cut down on his intake of cholesterol. On a similar theme, David Ross wants to cut out sugar and chocolate, Steve Orchard is hoping to learn to cook properly, and Joseph Begley wants to get some new teaspoons for the Rutland Radio kitchen! Somehow Joseph’s resolution seems the easiest to fulfill.
We have something new for you on the breakfast show each weekday morning at 7.40am with Rob Persani. It’s School Talk.
Every day we will feature a child from one of the schools in Stamford and Rutland, who will have their say on what they and their classmates are getting up too.
Who knows, your child could be the star of the breakfast show!
• We have an hour of Classic Hits weekday mornings at 9am and two hours in the evening from 10pm until midnight.
